- It is understood that Stallion Royale Productions is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic and/or video services requested on the contract signed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client we choose to.
- Upon signature, Stallion Royale Productions shall reserve the time and date agreed upon and will NOT make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, unless the Studio is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all retainers are non-refundable, even if the date of the wedding is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
- No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
- Stallion Royale Productions reserves the right to use photographs and/or reproductions for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives, digital files, and previews remain the exclusive property of Stallion Royale Productions.
- Stallion Royale Productions may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Studio/Photographer’s illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution, Stallion Royale Productions warrants that the photographer taking the photographs or video shall be a competent professional.
- If Stallion Royale Productions cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Stallion Royale Productions fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
- Client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
- The charges in this Contract are based on the Stallion Royale Production’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
- Clients under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian present with them at all times during the shoot.
- Booking Policy: At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. This deposit should be paid in cash, Cash App, Zelle, or using a debit/credit card via website (stallionroyaleproductions.com). Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.
- The client understands their session is confirmed only after the 50% retainer is paid. The remaining balance MUST be paid in full 14 days before the shoot/event day. If the client is late for the shoot, the session will remain within the scheduled time frame. However, if for any reason the photographer needs to reschedule, the client will be contacted 24 hours before the scheduled session. If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, the retainer will be 100% refunded.
- Rescheduling Fee: If the client must reschedule, a $100 fee will be charged to accommodate the new scheduled date.
- Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your photo session, ALL DEPOSITS will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required for credit to be applied as a deposit towards a future session. Stallion Royale Productions reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.
- Notice of Copyright: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without Stallion Royale Production’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
